Brielle’s Story

Brielle’s Story

Brielle made an appointment at one of Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater’s pregnancy medical clinics after taking a pregnancy test that came back positive.

“I wanted to go somewhere that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg just for it to be a false positive,” shared Brielle, “So when the nurse came out and told me that I was indeed pregnant, I was shocked!”

Brielle felt indecisive about keeping her baby when it came back positive. She had been told by multiple doctors that she couldn’t have a baby, but once she saw her baby on the ultrasound screen, she knew:

This right here is a miracle and my blessing.

When I saw my ‘little pork chop,’ as I call him, up on that screen I knew that God had sent that little baby for me.”

Brielle attended CPC’s Great Expectations parenting classes and was deeply impacted by them. “CPC is the absolute BEST! The parenting classes were so much fun, and they helped me so much with the gifts after the classes, and they set me up with my new mommy friends who have been so supportive.”

Brielle named her son Xavier. “I love his smile whenever he sees me,” Brielle says,

“That little boy has taught me so much about life and I am so grateful to be his mommy.”

“I would tell anyone who wants to donate to CPC that it would be a HUGE blessing to a mom,” shared Brielle, “I’m a single mother and the gifts and items helped me tremendously! My son wants for absolutely nothing. God said ‘I have the last say-so’ because I haven’t had to buy my son anything! And I’m a single mother who works full time, so having the blessing of free baby items and not struggling to take care of myself and a child has truly lifted a burden off my shoulders. God has not left my side during this whole thing!”
