2025 Annual Benefit Banquet

Host Handbook

The Annual Benefit Banquet

is one of the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater’s largest fundraising events of the year. We depend on the funds raised at this event to further our LIFE-saving, heart-sparing, gospel-spreading ministry here in South Hampton Roads.
We’re excited for you to be part of our banquet as a host. Please remember that this is a fundraising event, and an opportunity will be offered to your guests to financially partner with the ministry by becoming a LIFEkeeper. LIFEkeepers are monthly donors who play an integral role in the daily operations of the ministry and partner with us in this battle for LIFE.

The 4 Fs of a Banquet Host

One — Focus

Start now by being intentional in thinking and praying about who to invite to this important fundraising event. Remember, the goal is to introduce our ministry to people who are not currently financially supporting CPC and who may have a heart for the work God has given to us.

Two — Fill

Each table seats 10. Fill it with your friends, family members, co-workers, Bible study group — whomever you think loves LIFE and may have a heart to become a monthly financial partner with CPC. If inviting a married couple, please confirm that both spouses can attend. Financially partnering with CPC is an important decision that couples will want to make together.
RSVPs must be received by October 24.

Three — Follow up

Please confirm your guests’ attendance before the RSVP deadline on October 24 and remind them on November 5 (the day before the event) of the time and location of the banquet.

Four — Facilitate

As a banquet host, please arrive by 5:30 p.m. to pick up your night-of host packet, locate your table, and be ready to welcome your guests when the doors open to the public.

I’m hosting a table at CPC’s Annual Benefit Banquet, and I’d love to invite you to come!

There is no cost to attend. By joining me, you’ll have an opportunity to hear about CPC’s life-saving work and consider how you might financially partner with this ministry. This fundraiser is critical for the day-to-day work of intervening for pre-born babies and their parents. Will you join me?
