In 2019, there were 5,518 abortions in South Hampton Roads. More lives are lost to abortion in our community than any other cause of death.1
For every 3 babies born alive in South Hampton Roads, 1 loses its life to abortion.1
In 2017, approximately 18% of United States pregnancies ended in abortion.4
Approximately 900,000 abortions occur each year in the United States.2

From 2010-2014, an estimated 25% of global pregnancies (including spontaneous miscarriages) ended in abortion.3
In the last 5 years, 26,480 pre-born children have lost their lives to abortion in South Hampton Roads.1
