Since starting to volunteer with CPC in 2022, Emily Borup has sorted, organized, and stocked incoming boutique donations. “I’ve always loved to organize,” she says. “I like things in their place. Being at CPC has helped me to keep on doing that.” She enjoys putting together the orders and trying to tailor the gifts to the moms who will receive them.
“Emilie [our GE manager] has always said to let the Holy Spirit help me with this,” she shares. “There have been times where women have gotten things, and it’s their favorite color or character, and that’s really the Holy Spirit working through you to help create that order for them.”
“Emily has a humble, sweet spirit and shows the love of the Lord in her dedication to serving these new moms tirelessly,” says Emilie. “She is extremely reliable and faithful, serving many hours every week and making sure our boutiques distribute safe, clean items to our moms.”
