SMS Terms
These SMS Texting Terms and Conditions are applicable to individuals who have subscribed and expressly consented to receiving text messages from the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidwater (CPC), a Not-For-Profit formed in Virginia, United States (“us,” “we,” “our”) or their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, or agents. These individuals have granted us express permission to send automated text messages to the enrolled mobile phone number(s) through their wireless phone carrier unless and until such permission is revoked in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include ministry updates and giving opportunity information.

- You can opt-out of SMS/MMS messages at any time. Reply “STOP” to opt-out. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
